Manufactured via Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) technology, our CVD Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) optical domes are the ultimate protection solution for infrared imaging, guidance systems, and high-speed optical windows. With a distinctive yellowish translucent appearance, ZnS offers an optimal balance of exceptional multispectral transmittance, extreme physical hardness, and high-temperature thermal shock resistance, making it superior to conventional infrared materials like ZnSe or Ge in rugged conditions.
