Chalcogenide Aspherical Molded Lens

It is a cost-effective infrared optical element formed in one step via precision molding by leveraging the low softening point property of chalcogenide glass. It enables athermal design of infrared imaging systems and serves as a core lens for lightweight, low-cost mass production in scenarios such as vehicle night vision, security monitoring and industrial temperature measurement.We provide customers with services covering chalcogenide glass melting, spherical and small-ball preform processing, as well as precision molding and coated products. Currently four grades of chalcogenide glass are available: WIRG02, WIRG04, WIRG05, WIRG06, which can be fabricated into products of various forms.
