PRODUCTION INFORMATION

1.F-THETA lens are commonly used in applications such as laser marking, welding, and engraving.

2. Commonly used F-THETA lens include ordinary optical glass, all quartz, and a mixture of two types of lenses, depending on the power and pulse width of the input laser. All quartz F-THETA lens are commonly used in high-power laser and picosecond laser applications;

3. The light spot is uniform throughout the entire frame, with distortion less than 1%; 

 

F-Theta Flat Field Scan Lens

 

  1. F-Theta lenses are commonly used in laser marking, welding, engraving and other applications, often in conjunction with galvanometer scanning systems.
  2. Common field lens materials include standard optical glass, full quartz, and a hybrid of both. The choice depends on the input laser power and pulse width. Full quartz field lenses are typically used in high-power laser and picosecond laser applications.

Uniform spot size across the entire scan field with low distortion (<1%).

  • Quartz Scan Lens Series

Fused silica lenses are used for high-power short-pulse laser material processing. Fused silica lenses have minimal thermal focus shift, are resistant to damage when used with high-power lasers, and the lens coating reduces reflectivity and absorption, offering a wider range of practical applications.
