Triple Wavelength Achromatic F-theta Lens

Product Recommendation | Triple Wavelength Achromatic F-theta Lens

Standard laser scan lenses are typically designed for a single wavelength—switching to a different laser results in focal shift, blurred spots, and blurred marking. Dual-band scan lenses can only correct chromatic aberration between two wavelengths.

The 3-Wavelength Achromatic Scan Lens is a specialized scanning focusing lens that simultaneously eliminates chromatic aberration for three distinct laser wavelengths. All three wavelengths share the same optical set; switching between processes simply requires changing the laser source, with no need to disassemble the lens or refocus. This makes it ideal for multi-process composite processing systems.

The most common industrial wavelength combination: 355 nm (UV), 532 nm (green), and 1064 nm (IR).

Core Optical Performance Advantages

1.Parfocal Three-Wavelength Alignment with Consistent Spot Quality

Simultaneous chromatic aberration correction for 355/532/1064 nm (or custom RGB, UV-VIS-SWIR band combinations). The focal planes of all three wavelengths coincide, ensuring consistent spot roundness across the entire scanning field, with no axial defocus or edge chromatic distortion.

2.High Precision for Composite Processing with Minimal Positioning Error

In addition to chromatic aberration, field curvature, distortion, spherical aberration, and coma are also optimized. High linear f-theta scanning accuracy enables wavelength selection based on the specific workpiece requirements. Multi-wavelength composite processing of parts significantly improves overall processing precision.

3.Low Field Curvature and Excellent Full-Field Spot Uniformity

Application Scenarios

343 nm for removing organic materials such as photoresist; 515 nm for removing metal or polysilicon from passivation layers; and 1030 nm for removing ITO from passivation layers. Ideal for panel display repair and inspection applications.
