By means of microstructures, the transmission phase of light passing through the diffractive optical element (DOE) is altered, thereby enabling phase modulation of the incident light. This causes the light to be dispersed into different diffraction orders. Leveraging this characteristic, by configuring the diffraction orders and object distances, interference occurs at a given plane (typically at infinity or the focal plane of a lens), resulting in a specific light intensity distribution.
This high-performance Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) is specifically engineered for 532nm green laser applications. It transforms standard Gaussian laser beams into a precise, Φ60 µm circular flat-top spot with steep edge profiles, uniform energy distribution, and minimized hot spots.
Designed with a 16-level phase profile, this beam shaper achieves exceptional total diffraction efficiency (>90%) and energy uniformity (>90% RMS). This ensures consistent, high-quality results for critical applications such as laser micromachining, thin-film processing, and biomedical device manufacturing.
The DOE features a standard Φ25.4 mm (1-inch) outer diameter with a Φ12 mm clear aperture, ensuring seamless integration into most commercial optomechanical mounts and laser systems.
